A 12-unit modern townhome community in Richmond's Highland Park, delivered in two phases with all sitework executed by dedicated crews. Phase 1 delivered in 2024 and earned a 2025 Special Golden Hammer award for Modern + Missing Middle Housing from Historic Richmond.
