Dorado Capital develops finished homesites for production homebuilders across the mid-Atlantic. The firm executes site work through dedicated crews and affiliated contractors, controlling everything from raw land acquisition through final lot delivery — compressing timelines and maintaining cost discipline across every project.

Dorado's roots are in homebuilding. The firm has taken condominium and townhome communities from site acquisition through construction and retail sales in Washington, D.C. and Richmond — experience that taught it exactly what a production builder needs from a finished lot. That standard shapes every homesite the firm delivers.

The core of the business is taking raw ground through entitlement, engineering, and site construction to lots a homebuilder can start on. Alongside it, the firm maintains a selective vertical arm in for-sale and for-lease residential.
