Dorado's roots are in homebuilding. The firm has taken condominium and townhome communities from site acquisition through construction and retail sales in Washington, D.C. and Richmond — experience that taught it exactly what a production builder needs from a finished lot. That standard shapes every homesite the firm delivers.
