Meadow Springs Run

Meadow Springs Run is a 46-lot single-family community on roughly 30 acres in Sandston, fully contracted to a national homebuilder. Dorado acquired the ground in late 2022 and opened site work in 2025. Dedicated crews handled the clearing, earthwork, and utilities, with the roads and every remaining trade managed by the firm. The first finished homesites are anticipated in 2026.
