Land Development
Every home needs a lot.
We turn raw land into shovel-ready homesites for builders across the mid-Atlantic.
The Work
The hard part is getting out of the ground.
A finished homesite looks simple on a plat. Getting there takes clearing, earthwork and grading, storm and sanitary utilities, roads, and curbs, executed in sequence and held to schedule. Dorado controls that full scope, with dedicated crews and iron on the ground from raw land through final delivery.
Earthwork & Grading
Clearing opens the site; excavation and grading get it ready for the road beds, footers, and foundations.

Utilities
Before a single tap can be turned on or a toilet flushed, the stormwater, sanitary, and water lines must go in, buried deep in trenches dug by heavy machinery.

Roads & Curbs
Stone, curb and gutter, and asphalt turn graded ground into finished streets.

Finished Lots
What conveys to the builder: entitled, graded, utility-served homesites, ready to build.

In Every Condition
The work doesn't wait for good weather.
Cold, snow, mud, and work that runs past dark: Dorado's crews keep the work moving in whatever the site and season give them, and see the job through.
